Discovering my identity and going through transformative journeys have been something I’ve gone through for most of my life. I wanted to try and represent that; a search for oneself, without being too representational. I wanted the work to resonate with all types of people and inspire them, or have them relate to it.

I challenged myself to find ways to represent a story of change and journey in more abstract ways. How can I evoke emotion through shapes, movement, color, and sound, and how can I make it all work together to create a story?
