The client is a radio station, and I wanted to emphasize that, so I created an antennae giving off a signal to start off.
I was tasked to come up with a 5-10 second logo animation for Lumpen Radio, utilizing their logos.. I had a variety of options to choose from, and decided to combine two logos to create the final animation.
From there, it transitions into the first logo. I felt as if there should be something in between the antennae and the reveal of the radios name, so I chose the logo that resembles the face of a person. Behind the antennae and the radio, there is a person, whether it be the one listening or running the show.
To end the animation, their main logo, with the name of the radio is revealed. Though the animation is only 9 seconds long, there is short story being told.
